Wedding management is for couples who want to do the planning themselves, but need a guru on their team from Day 1. We take the time constraints out of your typical coordination package and offer couples unlimited email communication from the day they book, 5 scheduled meetings, a structured planning system, and seamless execution of your well crafted plans. This is a roadmap to wedding planning — with you in the driver’s seat. Starting at $3,200.
FULL SERVICE planning
Comprehensive wedding planning from start to finish. We manage the budget, develop vendor contracts, design every detail, coordinate with your venue, and use our expertise to ensure you’re investing wisely in your big day. For the couple who wants all the details handled from start to finish and can relax knowing we are committed to curating the best. day. ever. Partial Planning:
Vendors + logistics
Vendor research and contract development for the couple who wants a perfectly curated vendor team but needs help getting started. We pre-screen and communicate with all vendor categories to find the right fit for you, while staying within budget and true to your vision. We love building the logistical framework of your wedding and making sure all the pieces fit together. Includes Wedding Management. Investment ranges from $5,900-$7,000+
Partial Planning: DESIGN
Design and styling support for the couple who needs help with all the details! Customizable to include vision boards for each event space, sourcing rentals and items based on design selected, custom build outs + installations, design of signage or favors, and of course, styling on site! If you already have your vendor team in place but need help tying it all together, this one’s for you. Includes Wedding Management. Investment starting at $6,500.

Our signature Hand Off process with two meetings: 4-6 weeks ahead and 2 weeks ahead of your wedding
Timeline finalization + vendor communication in the weeks leading up to your wedding
Design + setup review: confirm layout and décor placement
Communication with venue on seating plan, set-up, mobility needs, and other special arrangements
Coordination responsibilities as required by venues
A supportive staffing plan with our skilled team members

Our first wedding of 2024 kicked off in style with a snow storm and this gorgeous couple, Courtney and Sam. These two hired our team for design + styling for their big day. When it came to their vision for their wedding the duo wanted to embrace their love for the outdoors and camping while prioritizing spending quality time with their friends in the woods. Their vision was outdoorsy, while keeping it classy and that was conveyed in everything from the attire to their décor. The two envisioned a celestial themed wedding that was embodied with star twinkle lights and crystals on the tables and suited their venue, Loloma Lodge, perfectly. Photos by Caitlin Cooper.

We were fortunate enough to plan Andrew and Jake’s wedding from the very beginning, including tours of venues that fit their vision and budget. Once the couple selected Ranch at the Canyons, we were delighted to curate a rockstar vendor team, design the details, and ensure this couple could host the destination wedding of their dreams.
