from their tender first looks to a baby gender reveal, this couple’s boho woodsy wedding at Skyliner Lodge in Bend is unforgettable

I’ll never forget when Elese and Anthony shared the news that they were pregnant with me. We were mostly done planning their intimate wedding at Skyliner Lodge and they shared they were so excited to be expecting their first baby. They wanted to share the excitement with all their guests too, and the timing worked perfectly for a gender reveal! We planned a champagne tower with powder in the glasses that would light up as blue or pink when they added champagne. It was blue! As I was expecting a baby boy myself, I was over the moon for this couple.

These two Central Oregon locals wanted a natural, rustic, and outdoorsy wedding that still felt “sparkly” and where everyone was having as much fun as they would at the county fair. They opted for our full service planning package which was a great fit at a DIY venue like Skyliner Lodge. We were able to design everything from the ground up. Elese and Anthony met on Tinder in 2019 and described an incredibly awkward first date that blossomed into a mutual love and respect for one another. They built a life in Central Oregon where they honored each other’s hobbies (her: riding her horse, and his: dirt biking) as well as creating new memories together going to the gym, painting, and hiking with their dog Jake. The couple dreamt of their wedding to be family-oriented and to honor both sides coming together as one. We had the greatest pleasure planning a down-to-earth, boho, relaxed, and fun celebration for these two!
